Rory is an artist, facilitator and researcher working in Glasgow. As a graduate of Fine Art, his research revolves around spreading queerness and liberation in bureaucratic structures mainly, but not limited to, in educational and cultural institutions.
Rory uses drawing to nurture a practice of noticing, having produced detailed illustrations in his
graduating year based on tour walks through the Kelvin Valley, reflecting the transient narratives of the urban nature-scape. Rory aims to work inclusively and collaboratively with the student body of the Glasgow School of Art and facilitate a fairer, effective and equitable learning experience for all students, no matter their background.
